Thanks go to Andrew Mutchler for supplying this outline.
Looney Tunes comics from April 1994 (#1) to October 1995 (#19) share a cover style that has the words Looney Tunes in a jagged outline at the top and four stars in a broad arc down the left side. In each star is a Looney Tunes character or in some cases two characters if they go together, such as Sylvester and Junior.
The cover picture itself is within what is almost a half circle taking up roughly the lower right three fourths of the page. Along the bottom are the words 'Hip Fab Fun' over a jagged ribbon that runs across the cover.
The scene in the circle changes with each issue as do the occupants of the stars. The January 1995 (#10) issue makes one change to the standard Hip Fab Fun cover; the stars are Christmas ornaments.
In the upper left corner, Bugs Bunny is eating a carrot and leaning on the Warner Bros. shield. Under him are the price, issue number, and date. Below that information is DC Comics' logo. The upper right corner has the Comics Code Authority stamp of approval, for all issues 3 and later. The bottom left corner has Universal Product Code (UPC) bars for price scanners.
