A mad scientist looks on as a huge monster Tweety is about to grab a very scared Sylvester. The lab equipment looks much as in films of the 1930s, appearing very high voltage and high powered.
A switch-throwing Sylvester is the Igor to a feline mad scientist. Many brain-swapping experiments have been done, and all have worked. Another experiment is to be run and Sylvester must find another brain for a swap or else his will be used.
The cat sets off to find more brains, complaining to himself about the difficulty considering the hour and the neighborhood. Tweety hears this and tries to think of a source of brains. Sylvester catches Tweety who for once doesn't try to escape, feeling flattered.
The mad scientist brings his monster, with Tweety's brain and approximately Tweety's look, to life. The monster wants to play with Sylvester, but Sylvester gets away by loosening a bolt holding it together.
Recovering his head, the monster searches for the Sylvester and ends up zapping the cat by accident, or maybe not by accident. Sylvester recovers, after a fashion, with a new look. He's to be the "bwide of Fwankentweety." The story ends with a pun as Sylvester runs away, taking a bit of the monster with him.
Bugs Bunny is traveling, by freighter, to Pismo Beach. He's a courier and simply has to watch over the cargo boxes. Just as he's wondering about bad weather, pirate Yosemite Sam blasts and blusters his way onto the ship.
Sam really talks himself up, and is upset when Bugs says he's not much of a pirate. When Sam asks what he thinks a pirate should be, Bugs points out a few missing clichés and the freighter's crew agrees with him. For this, Bugs is made to walk the plank though Bugs treats it like a diving board.
Sam starts breaking in to a crate as the rabbit climbs back aboard. When he's asked why he's after the contents he answers that the ship must be loaded with something valuable but he doesn't know exactly what. At his speculation of diamonds Bugs acts overexcited and begs to help. Sam agrees and is soon suffering a rain of heavy objects.
Bugs gives in to pouting by Sam and gives one large crate on the condition he not return. Sam accepts and takes it away. Finally alone, he breaks open the crate and finds that the cargo is precious, but to rabbits, not him.
Foghorn plays an old trick on Dawg yet again, which gets him annoyed enough to look for a way to be rid of the rooster for good. An internet search yields a couple possibilities for rooster elimination. Dawg sends a message about a fried chicken dinner to Taz.
Taz shows up immediately, looking for his dinner. An argument, of sorts, between Taz and Foghorn ensues with Taz attempting to prepare the bird a few ways. Foghorn points out that he's not a fried chicken, suggesting Taz take up the matter with the dog.
Confronted, Dawg has the answer. He was getting things ready so Taz could do his own cooking. The Devil quickly traps the rooster and is about to cook him when Foghorn tells of the evils of fat and cholesterol. Taz doesn't like the sound of it all yet is hungry. Fortunately for them both Foghorn has just the dish in mind, a kind of fish: Dawgfish.
