A colorless scene has a bewildered Mugsy and an unmoved Rocky with a mocking crowd, many members of which bear a striking resemblence to a certain rabbit, behind them. An undisguised Bugs points at the pair with a thumb as he says, "Bada-bing, bada-boom!" Below scene is the red title The Stupidos and tag Stupidity. Redefined. The letter I in Stupidos is a lit stick of dynamite.
This cover parodies the television show The Sopranos and its tagline of "Family. Redefined."
Bugs emerges from a tunnel he burrowed, but instead of Fisherman's Wharf in San Franciso, he finds himself in the middle of a road and in the middle of traffic. He dives down a manhole and makes his way under San Franciso bay. The rabbit tunnels his way into the prison cell of a surprised Rocky and Mugsy. Rocky wonders about his identity, but doesn't hesitate to use the tunnel for his and Mugsy's escape.
Bugs figures he'd best watch Rocky and Mugsy, so he makes another tunnel down to the one they use and offers them a shortcut. The shortcut emerges in the middle of a street, where the pair are nearly run over by a car driven by a certain rabbit. Rocky and Mugsy quickly get into the shelter of a cannery building where they see the Big Cheese (Bugs again) who tells them they made a mistake by escaping.
A confused Mugsy tries to ask a question but is told to shut his trap, and Bugs gives him a trap to shut. The trap shuts on Rocky. Asked why they are where they are, Mugsy says they're on the lam. Bugs disagrees and in a moment the gangsters are straddling a bewildered sheep. The sheep runs through the open bottom of a Dutch door, its riders flattened against the closed top half of the door.
Bugs, who is no longer dressed as the Big Cheese, tosses the pair into a large hopper which is full of broccoli. Mugsy complins of this and Rocky tell him to can it. Bugs hears Rocky and agrees, pressing a button to start up machinery. In the end, the broccoli is canned, as are Rocky and Mugsy.
Rocky and Mugsy emerge from a manhole, having robbed a jewelry store without any witnesses about. Mugsy points out one possible witness who might have seen them: Pussyfoot. The cat wanders off and then though a large crack in a building wall. The crooks chase after her and squeeze through into a room full of women's clothing.
Inside, Rocky and Mugsy find Marc Antony, or rather the dog finds them. Rocky threatens the dog with his Thompson gun, but is put off by finding that Pussyfoot is in the barrel. Marc grabs Pussyfoot and dives into a crate, but comes out when Rocky demands. Marc Antony comes out wearing a dress and using Pussyfoot as a stole. Rocky sees through that, so Marc Antony throws the cat over the gangsters, who end up in a crate. After they struggle in the crate, the pair comes out with women's undergarments over their clothing, causing Marc to erupt in laughter.
Mugsy spots Pussyfoot on a high shelf and Rocky decides that they will climb and get the cat. The pair make it up to the top fine, but Pussyfoot walks over onto another shelf. Marc Antony manages to get to the shelf just in time to keep Pussyfoot from falling, but then the cat and dog are trapped. In typical cartoon fashion, Rocky's sawing through the shelf has the unexpected result of sending him and Mugsy falling, right into a very large and very strange sewing machine. The gangsters reappear in women's clothing again just in time to be caught by a policeman.
Robbery witness Tweety is being given police protection by disguised officers working near Granny's house. An unaware Sylvester plans on having Tweety as his lunch. The cat pushes a milkman aside to get into the house but is more than surprised when the milkman turns out to be armed.
Meanwhile Rocky and Mugsy also plot to get into the house and get to Tweety. The pair of crooks discover that the supposed pizza delivery boy is a capable, if odd, fighter. Rocky and Sylvester have the same idea next, and meet on the roof with plans to get into the house through the chimney. An unexpected, and quite strong, chimney sweep sends both crook and cat flying.
Sylvester notices an open upstairs window and starts for it, only to be stopped by Mugsy. Rocky then tries pole vaulting in, only to encounter the back of a bookcase as Granny rearranges a room. Once more, the cat and the crooks hit upon the same idea: impersonating the police in order to get in. Sylvester tries to look like a police dog. Rocky and Mugsy stop the cat, but are arrested by the real police before getting to the door. Sylvester, no longer disguised, finally manages to get into the house, only to be surrounded by police and hauled away. Tweety comments from his cage that the cat will at least be fed in jail. But Tweety's idea of good food isn't quite the same as Sylvester's.
